Rascarrel/Balcary Bay Walk

I don't know if this will work. I've posted a link below to the walk Bill and I undertook on Monday 1st June. The link shows a map of some of the available walks. There are also photographs of the route taken by a walker. Bill and I started out on the blue route to Rascarrel Bay and then the red route to Balcary Point and back to Balcary Bay and the car. The link goes in the opposite direction and then follows the yellow route. The shot over-looking Heston Island is about the highest point we reached and the view was breath-taking. My knees were shaking. So far I haven't found out much about Heston Island but I'll keep trying.
