New One On Me
Saw this little chap on 20th September will on my usual riverside walk. Not 100% sure what it is. First thoughts were Willow Warbler but I thought the tail should have been slightly longer. I've got another couple of photos which I will post later once I have the correct identification. Money is still on the Willow Warbler, even if the tail is not right. Could be a juvenile. Anyone out there with any suggestions to put me out my misery.

Looks very similar to the one I had, Jake, also had a short tail and seemed yellower than the books suggest for either Willow Warbler or Chiffchaff. I went for Chiffchaff.
However Lynmiranda has a bird that everyone identifies as a Chiffchaff due to its dark legs and yours has light legs...
It does look like a Willow Warbler because of the light brown legs.
Well done with the warbler Jake x lovely pics
Thanks Folks, Willow Warbler was my first thought.
